of certificate		 Each development of a new product is based upon the 3-D drawing of the customer. The corresponding tool is designed by us and produced by regional workshops. The fine blankings are then developed with the most modern machines. Steel is processed exactly according to the requirements of our customers and their suppliers. Thus, our parts can be easily integrated into production and allow for an efficient process chain.

The metal strips, initially hot-rolled as ring-shaped coils, are inserted into the tool for fine blanking. This process requires highest dimensional accuracy and optimal design of the cutting edges. The dimensional tolerance here is in the 1/100 mm range. In contrast to normal blanking techniques, the cutting areas are formed top-to-bottom in a flat contour.

The complete documentation of our company's procedures and the constant high quality of our products has already been internationally certified several times: 2002 to DIN EN IS 9001:2000 and in April 2004 to ISO/TS 16949:2002. Moreover, we are fully committed to sustainable and environmentally friendly production.
